    Terms and Conditions

     

    • Clients shall accept the responsibility and legal liability for the conduct and actions of their guests and for any and all damage to the facilities and equipment.
    • Prior to access being granted, the Client shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,500,000.00. 
    • HQ must be reserved thirty (30) (upon availability) days in advance.
    • A security/cleaning deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required with your reservation to secure dates. 
    • Applicant accepts full responsibility for restoring the facility to its original condition.

    Additional conditions will apply: 

    • Noise shall be controlled to a reasonable level at all times in consideration of the neighbors and Ventura City noise ordinance.
    • Smoking is prohibited on property. 
    • Parking is limited and limited to the street, you may be responsible to hire a valet service to park vehicles in a designated area. 
    • Outside food and beverages are allowed with approval of the HQ Management.  
    • Security staff is required. 


    1. The HQ Venue and outdoor area are available for use by renters Sunday through Thursday 10:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.  

    2. All events held at HQ are to be a private party and invite only. HQ cannot be utilized for a public function unless approved by the HQ Venue Management.

    3. The reserving of HQ is on a first come, first serve basis. A $500 deposit secures your reservation.

    4. The maximum capacity for a private function is 200 persons.

    5. The person reserving HQ must be present for the duration of the event. 

    6. Immediately following any function, HQ and the surrounding area used for the function must be cleaned and restored to its original condition. HQ must be clean and free of all rental items by 9:00 a.m. the following day. 

    7. No furniture is to be removed from the site without permission of management. 

    8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GUESTS. 


    Fee Structure

    Basic fee: $25 per head for a 3 hour event, $10 per head for each additional hour. Clients may access the facility 2 hours prior to the event to set up and 2 hours post event to clean at no additional fee.

    Or

    Friday or Saturday rate $4500 for the entire day. Access 10:00am- 11:00pm. 

    Thursday- Sunday $3000 for the entire day. Access 10:00am- 10:00pm

    Cleaning fee under 100 attendees: $250

    Cleaning fee 101- 200 attendees: $500


    *Rental includes use of HQ, kitchen, stage, 3 t.v. 's, 1 stereo, speakers,1 interior restroom, outdoor area, tables and furniture located on site. 8 Banquet tables and 20 folding chairs are available for your use. We can remove most unattached items.  


    Restroom rentals required. 

    • Applicants will be required to rent additional restrooms for over 50 guests.
